- iii.Your guests call my concierge, not you.
"Eight to ten weddings a year. Managed with the rigour of a complex project, designed with the eye of cinema."
An eye for design,
a calmness on the day.
I am Julia, a wedding producer based in Switzerland. After 10+ years in media production and as a COO in the creative industry, I bring a producer's eye to weddings: every detail planned, every variable mapped, every guest considered.
Why weddings?
I saw too many couples turn into exhausted managers of their own wedding: juggling logistics, chasing vendors, holding a hundred details in their heads instead of living the moment they had dreamed about.
The one rule
You live the happiness. I handle all the worries.
I deliberately keep the studio boutique, eight to ten weddings a year, so I can stand beside you as a personal producer, immersed in every detail.
Training Certified Wedding Planner, MOPIS School, Wedding Planner Worldwide (Level: Pro), 2026.
Meet Julia →You don't worry. I do.
That is the promise of every Kin Stories wedding.
A studio for couples who want cinematic intention without the day-of chaos. Three ways to work together, the same calm.

How it looks.
Cinematic, editorial, quiet. That is how I see beauty: natural light, honest textures, flowers that grew nearby. But this is inspiration, not a rulebook. Your wedding will be made the way you want it. Wander, enjoy, borrow whatever feels like you.
You live your day.
I handle the worries.
Your absolute calm
I am your personal advocate and buffer: every problem stays with me, while you enjoy the preparation and the day itself.
