A studio for the cinematic few

"Eight to ten weddings a year. Managed with the rigour of a complex project, designed with the eye of cinema."

Founder & Producer
Let's get acquainted

An eye for design,
a calmness on the day.

I am Julia, a wedding producer based in Switzerland. After 10+ years in media production and as a COO in the creative industry, I bring a producer's eye to weddings: every detail planned, every variable mapped, every guest considered.

Why weddings?

I saw too many couples turn into exhausted managers of their own wedding: juggling logistics, chasing vendors, holding a hundred details in their heads instead of living the moment they had dreamed about.

The one rule

You live the happiness. I handle all the worries.
I deliberately keep the studio boutique, eight to ten weddings a year, so I can stand beside you as a personal producer, immersed in every detail.

Training Certified Wedding Planner, MOPIS School, Wedding Planner Worldwide (Level: Pro), 2026.

Our aesthetic

How it looks.

Cinematic, editorial, quiet. That is how I see beauty: natural light, honest textures, flowers that grew nearby. But this is inspiration, not a rulebook. Your wedding will be made the way you want it. Wander, enjoy, borrow whatever feels like you.

A garden ceremony: wooden chairs facing a small white chapel among trees
A bride's hands placing berries on a white two-tier wedding cake
Two hands raising a white bouquet against a deep blue sky
A veil and wedding dress catching the light by a window
A generously cut chocolate wedding cake with berries, mid-celebration
A lace Married sign tied to a wooden chair at the reception
A beach ceremony aisle with flowers and a fringed parasol by the sea
A couple resting on the floor in hazy afternoon light
Florists arranging white flowers in a sunlit gallery atrium
A couple walking across sunlit grass, bride lifting her dress
A playful black and white shot: bride's heels up from a bathtub, champagne in hand
A greenhouse ceremony arch draped in rose fabric with string lights
A film photo of a couple's first dance in a garden, guests watching
A dessert table under hanging lanterns and ferns, tiered lace cake
How I work

You live your day.
I handle the worries.

Principle 01

Your absolute calm

I am your personal advocate and buffer: every problem stays with me, while you enjoy the preparation and the day itself.

Sustainability

Conscious by design

Local seasonal florists, minimal plastic, decor that gets a second life. Beauty that doesn't cost the planet.

Transparency 24/7

Live access to the budget and contracts. No hidden fees, no markups.

One wedding per day

The whole team's attention belongs to your event alone.

Craft quality

Every detail, from the table setting to the stationery, is made to be touched.

Zero waste

Local seasonal florals

Swiss farm flowers in season, no air-freight footprint, no single-use plastic. Blooms that grew an hour away from your table.

Ethical craft

Local artisans

Hand-thrown ceramics, natural Swiss linen, authentic rented decor instead of plastic lookalikes. Made nearby, made to last.

Questions

The most asked.

Do you travel?
Yes. Zermatt or Kyoto, Lake Como or Marrakech, a rooftop in Lisbon or a lighthouse in Cornwall. If it has an address, I go. (Antarctica, give me a month.)
How far ahead should we book?
Depends on the package. Full Production sits most naturally at six to eighteen months. Coordination usually needs three. Express handles as little as three weeks. And a Proposal, sometimes we plan it in a fortnight.
What size of weddings do you take on?
From two (just you and your person, elopement in the mountains, yes) to as many as you can gather. There is no ceiling.
Do you work with LGBTQ+ couples?
Always. Love has no clause in my contract.
We've already started planning. Is it too late?
Never. That is what Coordination is for. I meet you where you are and take the final stretch off your hands.
Are you there on the day itself?
Yes. From setup to the last dance. That is not a subcontractor's job. That is the promise of every Kin Stories wedding.
Do you work alone or with a team?
You have one contact: me. Behind me, a small team I trust and the best vendors in the industry, built over a decade. On your day, everyone knows their role. You still only need me.
How does payment work?
A retainer to hold your date. Milestone payments as we approach. The final payment lands after the wedding, so you only pay in full once you have seen the work. Signed contract, bank transfer, no cash, no surprise fees.
